The inflatable rubber airbag's body is round and smooth and the heads are safe and reliable. Our airbags have been widely used domestically and overseas. The application of airbag has little specific site constraints and it does not large machinery or equipment, thus using airbags to launch or land ships can shorten project period and financially save a large amount.
Flexible balloon like an elastic cushion, it make the hull in the process of launching free pitch, keep the bottom has a larger contact area, makes the stress of the hull very ease, so that the hull structure, on the surface of the paint (coating) will not be damage. The inflatable rubber airbag is designed for launching technology development, the main function is carrying or hauling the ship launching uphill, has a high load capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance to seawater.
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of marine airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.
The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement.
